CIC put quality control on the top. The QC department armed with 88 well-trained and fully experienced staff, is implementing ISO9001 quality system throughout the whole production process. The strict quality control keeps CIC's batteries defect ratio lower than 10-PPM standard.

The qualified QC staff conduct their strict checking work throughout all the manufacturing process.

 

The ProcedDetails:ures/Testing Details:
Before coming into the warehouse, the raw materials (samples) are sent to the lab and testing room for analysis and strict inspection. Every lot of the incoming materials have to be inspected and analysed be use.IPQC and LQC (Line QC) are implemented throughly in production, and 100% check and test have to conducted and random check for the product performance has to be done too. 100% of the finished products are strictly tested by automatic machines. Before packing, the batteries will be stocked for a time for observing. Finally spot checking shoulbe be done before delivery.
